YUM BREAKFAST BANANA VANILLA OAT MUFFINS

Okay so after reading quite a few variations of recipes for breakfast banana muffins, ive put together my own mix! SUPER EASY
Forget going through drive thru for a 300 calorie croiussant because its fast and easy- bake these the night before for a Yummy quick breakfast for 12 days!!

Im a sugar junkie so ive also added chocolate chips!

Ingredients:

2 Bananas

2 eggs

1 cup greek yogurt (i used non fat)

1 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1 tsp baking soda

2 1/2 cups quick oats

3/4 cup sugar BUT make only 1/4 of that white sugar and the rest brown sugar

1 tbs vanilla and 5 chocolate chips in each cup

Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 410 degrees
2. Add all ingredients into blender and blend until it looks smooth
3. Fill muffin cups to half full and place in the oven for around 20-25 minutes

TADA!!!
