Chewy Fluffy Chococlate Cookies with White Chocolate Chips

SO these cookies have also been a huge hit with family and friends. 
Theyre really the exact same recipe as my famous vanilla pudding chocolate chip cookies- but replaced with cocoa powder (and still a tablespoon vanilla pudding powder!)

Ingredients:

1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla pudding mix
1/3 cocoa powder

2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
white chocolate chips

 

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat and set aside.
2. Using a mixer, beat together butter and sugars until creamy. Add in pudding mix, eggs, and vanilla extract.  In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Stir in the chocolate chips.
3. Drop cookie dough by rounded tablespoons onto prepared baking sheet.  Bake for 10-12 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean

PLEASE NOTE!!!!!
1. I start mixing the cookie dough with my hands after I have added the dry ingredients and theyve been partially mixed in (kind of how you would with bread dough).
2. These are chocolate cookies...so they are brown which means its hard to tell when they are done, i take them out a little before they are fully baked inside (but not too soon when the dough is still wet looking inside) because they will continue to bake a bit after when you take them out. But do take caution they dont look burnt when they burn!
